Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the supply of services by VALENKO LTD (“we”, “our”) to the customer (“you”). By requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Services are limited to computer repair, IT consultancy and related work as described on the main website. No other services are provided unless agreed in writing.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted in GBP and confirmed before work begins.
• Payment is due on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

3. Warranty

Parts supplied carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Labour is warranted for 30 days from the service date. Warranty is void if equipment is altered by a third party after the repair.

4. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including data loss, unless caused by our negligence. Backup copies of critical data remain your responsibility.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel an appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. Late cancellations may be subject to a call-out fee.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
